Brief de Design de Logo

I run a business consultancy designed to increase organisational consciousness through people and operational systemic analysis and teamship coaching. My ideas are based around and are an outgrowth of, the santiago theory of cognition.See my website - www.systemic-creative.co.ukI need a logo to reflect the combination of systems theory, organic molecular composition and the central importance of people. I'm thinking about something like a dodecahedral or buckminsterfullerine type molecule with people as components or in the middle, perhaps with links reaching out into its environment. I realise that's a lot to get into one simple logo and I'm open to better suggestions! I need fonts used in the logo version with text to be accessible and usable for emails/stationary etc...
