Brief de Design de Logo

Develop a logo/certification badge (seal) that can also be used as a badge of honor and a shield that protects. It needs to be something that can be used as a seal that demonstrates certification of specific accomplishments. I want the design to invoke inspiration and motivation that moves people to want to be part of the global movement. We are open to various interpretations. Shape-Shifter is a registered trademark of the New England Leadership Academy.. The winning logo will also become a registered trade to be used in all our materials, courses, and book deals.. The concept of a Shape-Shifter is someone who comes along side someone else and helps them Shift their Shape in the world today. It is associated to the personal development and human potential industry. I want the words Shape-Shifter to stand out (can be bold, italicized, etc...). The uploaded file is the existing log for the New England Leadership Academy. I have also provided some examples of what I like from my existing organization. Would like something like these
