Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a simple logo for a store I opened in 2014 that I can use on stickers and on our gift bags.
I'm looking for a vintage feel, in black and white or dark coffee colors, featuring either the complete store name or just the initials TBW. The shop is called The Butcher's Wife. Here is a link to a pinterest page with similar ideas https://pin.it/fq4phlk7pjhxfx
The shop has an espresso bar - so the idea of a "coffee stain ring" around the design in kind of appealing - and it is also an artisan market featuring local artists, repurposed and vintage wares. The vibe ranges from art deco era to mid-century modern. I'm looking for a clean, simple, recognizable design for our primary logo to be used on in-store tags and custom bags and social media. It could include just the shop name/initials or also EST. 2014, or text I included below, if that's not too much text! I would like the final design to have a clean, vintage, easily identifiable look. Perhaps the other details could be incorporated into business card and t-shirt designs as another project!
