Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company called "Semik Finance", whereas "Semik" is a surname of the founder (known in the industry hence used in the name of the company).
We will provide services (mainly arranging for and managing bank loans, but also providing other services related to financing) for companies from SME and Corporate segments in Europe.
The design shall communicate safety, trust and also simple and straightforward approach toghether with flexibility (due to small size of our company)
