Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new health care department of a well established clinical organization in the Central Valley of California. The department will be a health plan that also provides comprehensive whole person direct clinical care in the clinic, day center and the participants home. The department will serve frail seniors to enable them to age in place at home as apposed to an institution such as a nursing home. All facets of care will be provided including transportation, meals, clinical services such as primary care, specialty care, social work, behavioral health and activities such as day care, physical therapy, and speech therapy. The day center will be a large robust center with many activities and opportunities to socialize and receive services.
