Inclusion Innovates is a diversity and inclusion consulting firm. We engage in strategy development, knowledge transfer, and coaching. Our primary colors are red (f02e25), black (241e20), grey (c7c8ca) and white (ffffff) that can be highlighted with (ED7F21), (158A8F) and (1ABB24).
We are looking for a graphical representation of the Inclusion Innovates business model. We describe what we do as addressing Diversity & Inclusion challenges and opportunities through Relevant Knowledge, Customized Strategies and Measurable Results. Our tagline is: D&I Models, Assessments and Tools for You!
We believe our business model has three stages or phases.
1. Diversity & Inclusion business challenges or opportunities arise such as changing demographics, lost market share, declining revenue, stalled innovation, attracting and retaining top talent, next-generation leadership development, abusive behavior in the workplace, etc.
2. These challenges or opportunities motivate an organization to re-examine the work culture their behaviors create, particularly the mindset, knowledge set and skillset of organizational executives
3. We develop models, assessments and tools that determine and leverage what the organization has been culturally and identify the strategies, action plans, and metrics it needs to address that business challenge or seize those business opportunity.
Thus a client can expect Inclusion Innovates to generate Relevant Knowledge, Customized Strategies and Measurable Results.

1) The first is within a PowerPoint deck, Slide 1 is the original infographic template and slide 2 is an example of how II business model could be added.

We address that challenge or opportunity through 2) Relevant Knowledge, 3) Customized Strategies and 4) Measurable Results.
- The design must include the tagline: D&I Models, Assessments and Tools for You!
- We prefer a horizontal / landscape.
