Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo design for our company. We are undergoing a rebranding effort (new color palette, new website, new logo, etc.) and I'm looking for ideas to feed into our agency.

We are a software development and consulting organization that focuses on business solutions for the mobile workforce.

We are NOT:
- a venture capital backed startup from Silicon Valley that wants to present a "cute" image.
- a company that builds marketing websites and mobile apps
- a company that builds consumer applications

What we ARE:
- A team of experienced professionals who have decades of experience with enterprise projects
- A company whose #1 core value is Customers for Life, this means we take the long term approach to everything we do.
- A company who encourages our customers to look at technology as a lifecycle, not a single point in time project. We offer customers unique ways to buy custom software development as a service so that they can pay for services in the same way we recommend implementing...over time.
- A company who builds solutions for the mobile workers in the field (field service techs, delivery drivers, airport workers, utility company workers, etc.)

Our logo design should be clean, professional, mature, but have some personality too. :-)

Since we emphasize the concept of product lifecycles in all that we do, I would like to see that represented somehow in our logo. I've attached an example of the lifecycle message we deliver today (4 cycles). However, we've changed the approach to consolidate to 3 cycles from now on (Innovate, Create, Engage).
I don't want the same image wrapped into our logo, but I'm sharing it to provide inspiration of the type of message we're trying to convey.
