Brief de Design Annonce

Looking for an Ad to place in our local paper, that is completely different from the traditional ads we see from realtors. My mother and I are a team and we would like to really stand out from the rest of the ads. Ideally, one that has humor in it would be great. Being that it's the largest investment most people make in their lives, we want to show that hiring us is going to be the best move sellers and buyers will make. With over 50 years of experience as full time realtors between us. We want buyers and sellers to know that they don't just hire their friend or the first realtor they meet. You'll be hiring two full time agents that are in the trenches everyday and know how to help them navigate the ever changing market.
I'm attaching some meme's that I've seen online to give you an idea of what we're looking for in regards to being funny, yet professional. I am also attaching two typical ads that are in this newspaper. We promoting ourselves as Agents, and not homes specifically in this ad. Our head shots will be used as well as our company logo and other contact information. The size of the ad we have reserved is ( 1/2 page vertical (4.7 x 12.25 inches) Please let me know what else I you may need to help
