Brief de Design de Logo

Graham Healthcare Group is in need of a logo and a corresponding square icon for a new patient app. We are an innovative and forward thinking company in the home health and hospice industry.

The app name is "My Care Central" (We are also open to using MCC or MC2 (squared) for the app icon.)

App icon design: looking for a unique tie into healthcare with a modern twist.

Buzz words: innovation, healthcare, patient centered, personalized, connection, excellent care, great outcomes, care, movers and shakers in our industry.

We would like the look and feel of the app to be independent of any of our current brands under the Graham Healthcare Group subsidiaries.

About Us:

Graham Healthcare Group is a leading provider of skilled home health, palliative, and hospice care in Michigan, Illinois, and Pennsylvania.
Our new app, My Care Central, will serve as a hub for our patients.

The patient will be able to see their upcoming visits in the app, view their medication list, view care notes, browse patient education materials, send us a message, and view their care team.
