Brief de Design de Logo

My sister Ziah (Z) and I (Emerol) are starting a vegan food stand at our local farmers market, we hope to grow into a food truck/restaurant in the near future. We need a logo design that is unique and will attract health conscious individuals. Our tent is Kelli Green (attached) so our logo would need to go with that color. We like Black/White, or yellow, we like Vegan in cursive. We also had the idea of using a sprouted root, maybe a mandala or a sun (all separate ideas). We are hoping you can create something original and eye-catching to go with our theme. We are open to new ideas and will attach some others that we like.
