Brief de Design de Logo

We need an icon design or logo image that is simple and to the point. Something that stands out and can be remembered. I want to be able to be found on the web by simply using an image that is created. We are HIIT Fitness which is High-Intensity interval training. We currently have a logo which I have provided with our color scheme. And may stick with it, But am hoping to see something compact easy to understand and fairly descriptive that is more of an image than words.( hope that makes sense) If any good designs or ideas I am not opposed to changing the entire logo. I'd love to communicate, functional training with intensity. our Motto is "We are not just a gym, we are a community". and our favorite phrase is "like a champ" Hope that helps.
