Can I just create the logo first, submit the logo and then after the logo I have a great idea about bedroom landing page design, am not good at backend but in frontend am very good and I can make sure that if I can make this design you will have your website at the top and different then all other websites in this crowd niche.

So we want to develope this is a way that this is not just an advertising platform but also a place wher people who are renting out their space can have anagement processes in place.. :
- there are 2 sections. 1 is a profile for people looking for rooms (renters)... and a profile for people renting out rooms (landlords).
pat 1 if for renters to talk about themselves and sell themselves as prospective tenants to the Landlord who owns or manages the property.
part 2 (landlords) a portal where :
- the landlord can control and manage advertising
- initiating a room inspection
- taking bond and rent payments.
- Notifications of rent reminders...
- Notifications of late payments
- A message board for communicating with residents
- management and signing of contracts and house rules.
- A Calendar control panel for getting and scheduling bookings .. ie inspection bookings
