As a designer following your instructions, sometimes it is not easy to understand
exactly what it is you are looking for. Instead of a 1 and 2 star rating
(which damages our overall rankings)
we would prefer you just eliminate the design as opposed to a 1 and 2-star rating.
Or, give it no rating and supply feedback so we can re-design this for you.

I wasn't aware of the effect of rating you in this way. I thought it just ranked it for me when I go back to look at them. I am happy to change the rating
