Brief de Design de Logo

We are a Local Government organisation – Redland City Council.

We are working on the implementation of a new Human Resource Information System (SAP SuccessFactors) and we require a logo specific for the use. The name of the platform will be OURspace.

Some key words and main focus which might help in the creation/design process of the logo:

• OURspace will be the foundation for the intersection between People & Culture Team, Council’s People and Business Strategies.
• The main purpose of the new system is to “Simplifying the way we manage our personal and professional activities to enable us to spend more time on the things that matter.”
• OURspace will play a key role in helping the employees to engage, connect and grow across the full suite of people activities including recruitment, onboarding, learning, MyGoals and succession.
• OURspace platform will improve the employee experience, increase opportunities for collaboration and career progression throughout the Council.

Our vision and requirements for the logo:

• The size of the new Logo must be max of 210x40 pixels.
• Our current corporate Logo – we will need to use the colours of Redland City Council logo and similar font (there are details in the attachment - colour codes etc.)
• We would like to have a graphic/icon as well as the name of the system to be incorporate in one image as well as adding the 3 words: Engage Connect and Grow
• We would envision the logo to represent people as a whole because this is a system for the people. Something similar like the images attached but much better, modern and innovative - inspiring.
