Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo design for a company called Night Archer Enterprises that primarily invests in military and security products. The logo should match that industry and convey mystique. Dark colors preferred, nothing that is "cartoon". Initial ideas are to have arrows integrated into the design, but open to other ideas.

Would like the logo to say "Night Archer" but will also want a version where the text is removed, so the text should not be integral to the design. Want the graphic to be able to stand on its own.
