Brief de Design de Logo

We are a self storage facility that has been in business under the name of Marble Falls Public Storage for 20 years. We are currently looking at a slight name change to clear up confusion in the industry by using either Marble Falls Public Self Storage or Marble Falls Preferred Storage. We are the largest facility in a small town (less than 7000 population) near Austin, TX that is growing quickly. Our color scheme and theme at our facility has always been Monopoly like. Our buildings all have colored doors and names according to the classic Monopoly game, such as Boardwalk, Park Place, North Carolina, Marvin Garden, Illinois....etc. Usually people who visit make the connection right away and appreciate the attempt to make storage fun. You can visit our current outdated logo on our website at www.mfpstorage,com. It is very colorful like our facility. The design should be colorful without appearing childish and should somehow demonstrate a solid, secure, long term facility that is eager and willing to keep up with the times and technology as well as provide outstanding small town like (personal) customer service .
