Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a doctor's office in the field of aesthetic medicine. I will offer Botox and hyaluronic acid treatments as well as liposuction sprays. With the logo, I want to look respectable and noble and appeal to an upscale / demanding patient clientele, who put a lot of value on their appearance. Of the colors, I like to be surprised, but something white in it would be quite nice, because I want to equip the practice furnishings and clothing in the appropriate colors. The letter "S" I can very well imagine as a face, similar to the attached image. He should be in the center of the logo. The actual logo text is just the medical textures. Among them should be as a smaller additional text still "practice for aesthetic medicine".
