To the designers that got a low rating, I apologize. That was not my intention to hinder your overall rating. The website and system does not do a very good job of properly explaining how to rate, provide feedback and request revisions during the submission stage. Thank you to those that send a message and explained my mistake to me, I have gone through and adjusted the ratings to be more fitting to the actual opinion of the submissions. Some of the 4 start ratings I probably would have asked for revisions or more submissions from, but I didn't realize I had that option and now I am out of time. There was one overall winner and we are working on revisions now. Again, I apologize for the low ratings thinking that was eliminating submissions, I hope adjusted ratings will make up for it.

If I ever need to do another project I will probably use 99Designs instead because their system is a little more intuitive to the user.
