Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking to update the current logo used on our website @ https://nassaudiagnostics.com/ . It is an established company so we need to stick fairly close to what we currently have as it will eventually be used on our website and invoices that get sent to existing clients. We are rolling out a new website along with the new logo. Colors heavily used on the site are: Dark red #D32F2F , Red #F44336, Slate #607D8B, and Black #212121 - logos using those colors would probably look the best.Our main priority is to redo the hand on the left of the image. It looks terrible and does not size well for other uses (business card, magazine advertisement, etc).
