Brief de Web Design

We need a fresh new look for a company website called excedr. We will be using the current logo and brand colors on their current website excedr.com. They want to keep their text and on-page SEO, but would like to reformat it to look more modern and fresh. They want to have everything be high performance with a great user experience. Their main call to action is for people to fill in a contact form so they can call them. There is some information that is purposely above the fold on the instrument pages. I will need the home page, about page and a leasing page.
