Brief de Design de Carte Postale

I want 4 different cards so that i can mail to my farm once per quarter. I want to go back to a 5X8 card or smaller. I am attaching an example of what we did in the past. I would like the new cards start with the following:
1. Tired of dealing with tenant problems at 6:00 on a Friday Night?
2. Would you like to take you next vacation worry free?
3. Are your tenants paying below market rents?
4. Do your tenant leases fully protect you?
I would like to have one of these "hooks" to lead off each card with a brief explanation of the services we provide. Back of the card can be similar to the one I attached.
