Brief de Design de T-shirt

This shirt will be for our church youth group from grades 7th-12th. The name of the youth group is Ignite Youth. we would like the mission statement with the scripture reference on the back. The scripture reference is John 3:30. the mission statement is in the attached photo. And we would like a cool design on the front with ignite youth incorporated on the front. the design could be something like a big city outline. we are looking for something cool that teens would like. Something that stands out.
