Brief de Design Application

App should have two functions:Access by Apple and Samsung:Employee Tracker: I need to be able to add/edit employees and personal information (example: address, DL number, SS number, DOB, employee number), drug screen information (type DCCHA and expiration date, DCCFO and expiration date, DCCHT and expiration date, DISA Background and expiration date) and enter multiple training records (OSHA8 and expiration date). It would be great to receive an expiration alert.The employee would only have visibility to his own. Supervisors would have overall visibility.Time-Sheet:I need a time-sheet that can be accessed on the phone, be completed, then have the ability to electronically sign and submitted. The timesheet needs to be used two-fold for supervision to verify hours and edit (if need be), he would approve and forward to payroll. The time-sheet should be daily or weekly if we can get the data to fit. We are trying to streamline field supervisors having to log on to a computer to access a server just to do time-sheets. We need it to be user-friendly. We need to have two places to have electronic signatures (employee and supervisor).
