Brief de Design de Logo

The International Association of Fire Service Behavioral Health is a non-profit organization. We are looking for a logo design. We want the Saint Fluorian Cross that incorporates images of field of psychology (psy symbol), medical doctors (caduceus), and items that represent the fire service (healing hands/fire helmet). Also want Established or Est 2018 on it. Also want full name of the organization incorporated as well. Below are examples of the styles we are interested in, we want it to be masculine like the bronze and silver one but with combo of blue/silver/black/gray seen in the other photos.
