Brief de Design de Logo

Northwest Energy Lab is a coaching business for endurance athletes and adventurers. I would like a new logo that has a heart beat, which morphs into mountains. See attached files, which show (1) colors to use, (2) our current logo, which I don't like (but I love the colors) because it is too busy and the energy symbol makes it look like an energy company rather than something an outdoor adventurer would be attracted to, and (3) an attempt from another designer at this new logo, but this is very rough/sketchy and does not have a professional/upscale/adventurous or creative appeal to it. The logo will be used on the website, documents, t-shirts, stickers, water bottles, etc.
