Brief de Design de T-shirt

I am an independent H-D service and repair shop and I have a vision for a t-shirt back. The vision is inspired by H-D dealer custom shirts. I attached examples in the files. Mine will be inspired by features of my town. I.E the courthouse and railroad tracks. I would like to feature the courthouse as the point of focus with the addition of the railroad crossing in front with some motorcycles parked in front of the tracks. A cartoon-esque feel is okay. Not looking for hyper realism.
