Brief de Design de Logo

Need a smart logo for a startup womens' sporting goods line. It should be based on angry eyes/eyebrows and have multiple application possibilities like a Nike Swoosh. The tentative brand name is Feist. The final design should reflect strength and resilience. I see the logo in large form on the front and/or back of t-shirts and sweatshirts but in the small form on jerseys (think girls lacrosse) and on the sides of shorts.
