Brief de Design de Carte de Visite

We are a real estate firm who represents various builders along with doing resale here in Oregon. Our firm is growing to represent a big builder in Washington State and we’ll have another 40 brokers on our team. We need rebranding. As in, a new logo ( the house logo we have now looks cartoonish, hate it). We need new cards, something to really stand out. I’ve been thinking of using those NFC cards from MOO or the ones with the seam color. I likely want two or three designs, a darker (as in a background color of black or grey) , a light one ( again I mean background color) and a credit card style (either plastic w an embossed name/number on front, or metal ). I’m thinking dark background for cc, or silver if it’s metal. That’s my thoughts, but you are the artists, so maybe you have an idea I haven’t considered. Our colors were black and red, but we don’t have to stick to that. Just nothing too busy. Oh, and we are typically representing the local, higher quality builders in our area (just below custom), but not national. Subdivisions are near the Dr Horton, Lennar, and Richmond America sites. We are super excited, but without a lot of time to change the “look” of our brokerage. So I’ll be deciding and moving forward within 24 hours tops. Our name is Real Estate Performance Group ( we cant change the name because of timeline and business license) Thank you!

• We really like the black backgrounds. With foil or embossed detail. We also like the black on black. Matte black card with raised shiny black detail. But still eye catching.

• No ornate or busy looking style. We don’t want anything cluttered.
