Brief de Design de Logo

For new designers,



This is good but I want to see this please as an alternative. Can you give me this?? With no feet and none of the background stuff, just the bird, and a little lighter coloring (like the colors in the 2nd image).

We need a logo for a peak performance coaching company. I like the symbolism of the phoenix rising in flames from the ashes. I have a few other sample pics or logos that I like. The first angular one I like a lot but it's someone else's logo so we would have to differentiate substantially but it conveys what I'm looking for to some degree. Fiery rebirth, growth, ascension.
