Brief de Design de Panneau

We are a construction trade union, started in 1896. We are a proud Union and consider ourselves one of the most productive and badass of the trade Unions.
As Iron Workers we erect structural steel, we place reinforcing rebar in concrete, machinery moving, welding and ornamental steel installs, we are looking for banners/flags to be produced for parades and job fairs etc.
We also have a female contingent of our trade which i would like something specific to address the "Sisters" of our trade.
I have attached a lot of examples just to give you an idea of who we are/what we do, there is also a lot of content on the net.



Open to future work with a designer(s): If there are multiple designs i like we produced around 1000 shirts/hoodies a year and in excess of 6000 stickers so we are always looking for a bank of designs. i would like some professional designs and some badass designs as well, GOOD LUCK!
