Brief de Design de Logo

Dear creatives, We need a logo for a Pool Houses concept called Poolhouse Plaza. We address an audience with high financial means. The logo must therefore have a lot of class. We wish it in black tones with a touch of blue (like the one used in the site: a photo of the homepage of the site is in attachment). You need a very classy but legible writing font. Ideally, the logo should be closed so that it can be added as needed "A concept by Veranclassic". It is necessary that the logo can be used in negative on black background, the black of the logo must be able to be put in white and that it always works.
