Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my coaching "Aufbruch40plus". I support women in professional and personal upheaval situations, whether they are unhappy in their current job, that they want to get back in after a family time, or that they are getting off to a good start. Life and business coaching as well as the discovery of one's own potential are the content of the consultation. The coaching is flanked by the development of an application strategy, so that the women gain security for their next professional steps. They will lose the fear of change and make their way to their dream job. I would like a design that is both elegant and conveys movement / exhaustion / development / creativity, and especially appeals to women.
