Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking to open a casual style French cafe/bistro/brasserie in Beijing China. The name of the restaurant is Merci. The location is inside a shopping mall that’s mostly frequented by middle class Chinese locals, few foreigners. The logo should NOT include the words “cafe or bistro”, as Chinese might interpret that as a coffee house. The logo must represent a strong and classic French influence, a French feeling, French style, and it must contain the TRB logo, which is our company brand logo. The name of the restaurant will be Merci, and the logo should include the words “French food by TRB”, with the TRB signature. Merci logo should be round with some similarity to our other company restaurant logos. Prefer strong colors to draw attention
