Brief de Design de Logo

Hi! We are looking for a logo for a new agency. The agency is built around the concept of duality of each property being someone’s investment (HOUSE) and someone’s HOME. The business name is House and Home Residential.Despite a clear business concept and name - the logo is driving us insane. Traditional methods of sourcing one isn't working so we are trying this. We would potentially be happy to work with someone further for other pieces. Ideally we want a black and white logo which photocopies well, and presents clearly on Street signage and collateral.We are wanting to be able to utilise a monogram or shorter name as the business name is so long. Just something simple like H&H. So this needs to be considered when choosing fonts. We would prefer to stick to google fonts and have been working with EB Garmond / opens sans for body text but are open to change. We have purchased a word based phone number with HandH in the phrase. We would like something elegant, timeless and classic. Something that looks trust worthy but isn't the typical real estate agent in blazers kinda look. We plan on doing things differently, and are a female owned agency. We have attached some files to show the two looks and ideas we are playing with. LOOK 1 - is completely black and white and very minimalist but styled stock colour images . This look would be clean, minimalist and styled w muted tones and an almost french feel. LOOK 2 - would include bold text, minimalist and simple and lots of colour in something repeatable like the hexagons... and we would present black and white images with blended colours utilising these colours. LOOK 3 - Open to new suggestions as nothing we have is currently working!Thank you for taking the time to look at our project.
