Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new podcast we're launching called 'The Capital Stack.' A capital stack is a real estate financing term that describes the position that different lenders/equity investors take in funding a real estate development project. Capital is money, and capital stacking is another way of saying saving money so there are a couple different meanings behind it. The podcast includes interviews with real estate developers about their businesses. Its a resource for people looking to get into that industry. Green may be a good color to use given the money theme, but doesn't necessarily have to be overused.
