Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new small business called Benschmark Design & Drafting.It is a small architectural design & drafting business, specialising in new home and renovation drafting in Australia.The name is a play on the owners personal name, Bensch, and 'benchmark' as a work to help perceive it as a leading company.Ideally we'd like to tie the owners initials into the logo's icon, the initials being SB - see the attached for an idea of how it could possibly play.In terms of colours, I'm thinking a green & blue colour pallet, I've attached two designs which have colour schemes I like.
