Brief de Design Wordpress

We need a new wordpress website as a result of a rebranding. The business is a crisis management training company focussed on online training and simulation exercises. We only need a 4 page site - home, about us, contact us and blog. However we must be able to add additional tabs in the header to redirect to our sales and marketing system (Kartra). As these change from time to time, we must be able to add and delete as required.The site must be editable by us, with a basic understanding of wordpress and no understanding of coding. We don't want to have to employ someone to change text, add posts or add a new workshops etc. The theme chosen must be easy to edit by a beginner.
