Brief de Design de Logo

i am opening a new whiskey bar called the Iron Horse. I have an actual statue of an iron horse that will be in the bar that i want the logo to incorporate as an exact drawing of the statue as possible. The picture of the statue is included for your reference. It is made of iron. I also want the logo to look professional..not cheesy or funny. It should be masculine. I will be using the logo in promotional material (t shirts, coolie cups, etc) and signage.
