Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo design for a new bakery in NYC .The name of the business is "FRENCH TOAST BAKERY".I have attached a sample of a logo I was entertaining , however I'm not entirely happy with it.I would like additional ideas. Perhaps the chef's hat toque should be placed on top of the french toast's head.Perhaps a new design, but with a "french toast" image someone in the logo.I do like the logo design from your designer.
