DIRECTIONS INFO.
Directions:
Chaga Chunks: Bring approx. 32 OZ. of water to a boil, remove from heat, drop in 1 - 3 large Chaga Chunks, or approx. 1 OZ. of Chaga Pebbles, and steep up to 15 min. or more.
Chaga Powder: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Remove from heat. Add 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of Chaga Powder to hot water, and let steep 15 min. or more.
Chaga Crock Pot Bags: place 5 OZ. Chaga Bag in crock pot. Fill with water and cook on low for 8-12 hrs. or more for maximum nutritional extraction. Use multiple times.
Chaga Tea Bags: place one Chaga Tea Bag into 1 cup of hot water. Let steep for at least 5 to 6 minutes or more.
Our MotherNaturalsTM Chaga can be enjoyed plain, or sweetened with your favorite sweetener.
