Brief de Design de Logo

I need to improve my existing logo. I operate an ocean swimming business that focuses on very long distances in extreme conditions. The existing image is of a swimmer in the English channel, the image is well known, but we're changing the name to Openwater +, the plus sign is to represent the idea that we do more than just swim in the ocean. The design should immediately relate to swimming in the ocean. The attached files are ideas I've been working on. I use some images on boards and post cards
