Hi, after having read your brief, I feel your choice of font (Serif) might not suit your target audience. When you say modern and for men, personally I feel a clean Sans Serif font works best. This again is my personal thought and based on that I am presenting my clean logo suggestion keeping in mind the actual use of the logo icon. Hope you agree. :)

I really like your design. But I dont feel sure about how the icon will work on a small piece of jewelry, like a bracelet. Maybe you can make some adjustments to the icon?
