Brief de Design de Logo

We are part of a big group linked with Universities and Museums in Melbourne, Australia. The facility is located in a secret spot in the city, in a hidden garden behind the old Melbourne Mint. The restaurant is called Grounds of Arcadia which is a mythological garden. The legend says that it was home to the God Pan, an untouched wilderness home to the God of the forest and his court of dryads, nymphs and other spirits of nature. It was one version of paradise, though only in the sense of being the abode of supernatural entities.  I'm looking for a very simple golden logo to represent the name and the location of the restaurant. I'd like to integrate the writing "est. 4th century BC" this is the golden age of Arcadia in Greece.
