Brief de Design de Logo

I need an updated and modern logo. Total redesign as we have a new website that needs an updated logo. danlarlighting.com
I do not have any particular parameters, but something on the simpler and modern side would be preferred. Our primary business is Lade-Danlar and incorporation of the Lade Danlar "LD" logo would be nice if you can pull it off. ladedanlar.com
If you try to pull off incorporating the "LD" logo into the design, make sure it is subtle.
I have attached some of our existing logos and the "LD" logo. I DO NOT want a logo for the Danlar Lighting brand to look like the Lade Danlar logo; however, I have included it for your information.
