We need artwork designed for a new merchandise line we are starting. The artwork needs to be custom drawn (no stock images or art) and provided to us in layered Photoshop format.

We will need four (4) versions of this final artwork: multi-color on white background, multi-color on transparent background, 2-color format with black artwork/letting on white background, and 2-color format negative image (white artwork/text on transparent background) for printing on different media and different color t-shirts.

Colors that can be used: Red, White, Blue, Black

This is artwork for printing on hats, posters, shirts, coffee mugs, mouse pads, etc. To meet those needs, the artwork will need to be in 300 DPI or higher and provided to us in a format large enough for use on a movie poster (in terms of height and width). We will scale it down from the large format to a smaller one as needed for smaller items.

The goal is to attract readers who are fans of our published books (action-thrillers) that deal with military science fiction, government conspiracies, and end of the world scenarios. The artwork needs to be patriotic, majestic, and have a cool factor that buyers will want to wear and display in public.

We plan to donate all the proceeds to charities that support disabled veterans, so the artwork needs to have a subtle military aspect to it. Something the military veterans will like and wear, and so too for the readers.

We have included a number of very basic ideas we have come up with, but need something custom and unique (no stock artwork or photos) that incorporates our colors: red, white, blue, and black. The font in use for the “MCP” and “BRIGADE” text in the enclosed samples is ARMY RUST. That is the font we need you to use.

We’d like some kind of custom eagle drawn with stars and stripes (subtle or bold) included in the design somehow. The custom eagle needs to be majestic, proud, and patriotic with simple lines/design that will print easily.

We also like to see the eagle carry our company emblem (circle with space shuttle graphic inside) on its crest like a superman patch.
You could also add the eagle carrying a writing pen in one talon (on left) and an AR-15 rifle in the other (right). This has special meaning in the military world, and could be included if it makes sense, but it’s not required.

Designs with all the elements and specs we have outlined will have a greater chance of winning this project.

In addition, designs which include a new concept for the emblem on the eagle’s crest that incorporates our MCP letters in a sleek, new way will get first consideration. We leave this up to your imagination.

Again, everything needs to be custom drawn in the artwork. No stock art or stock images is to be used.

We need the final product supplied to use in 300 DPI large scale (poster size printable) layered Photoshop file format so we can scale down and make whatever changes we need to down the road. All four versions need to meet this format and size.
