Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a logo designed for my real estate development company. We do infill development in the Mpls, MN area. Company website = https://groundupdevelopment.squarespace.comWe partner with EHRConstruction.com who is our general contractor. All of the properties you see on EHRConstruction.com have been built in partnership with GroundUp Development. This should give you a look and feel for our brand.We would like a design that compliments The Metropolitan Home Team logo (see attached). Metropolitan Home Team is our real estate service provider. While GroundUp Development is our product development arm of a well rounded real estate company. Being the MHT brand and GroundUp brand are owned and will be complimenting each other... We would like this taken into account during logo development. MHT website: http://www.metropolitanhometeam.com/I would like the logo or symbol to fit nicely in a circular format for the sake of social media and marketing on web platforms. I am also open to producing a logo & a symbol. The logo can be used in bigger formatts and the symbol (like the MHT raised coin attached) can be used on brand on social media platforms and on product giveaways.I love the 3-D design of our MHT raised coin logo as it adds a quality and richness to the brand.
