Yes, because you signed up to Adobe Stock AND you submitted your design on DesignCrowd you are eligible to be awarded cash prizes if your design is selected by the judging panel to receive a prize.

Unfortunately you cannot sign up to Adobe Stock Contributor Portal. Adobe says, "Due to economic sanctions placed on Iran by the United States and other national governments, Adobe will not accept Iranian contributors."

You can submit your design on DesignCrowd but you won't be eligible for prizes in this Adobe sponsored contest.

and in case I am not allowed to submit to Adobe directly, would it be possible to participate in the contest through Design Crowd?
I mean I would submit my work to Design crowd and then you forward it to Adobe

Adobe Stock has shared the following information: Valid photo ID is a requirement. Contributors must have some documentation that has a photo and shows their name and date of birth. You can also resubmit via the portal and provide your Adobe ID via [Non image link removed]Adobe can then take another look to see what the issue is.
