Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new brand based in San Diego called "Subtrek" We develop dry backpacks and cooler backpacks. These heavy duty backpacks are completely airtight with waterproof zippers and fully submersible up to 100 feet, although they float with air inside. I have attached photos of our initial sample products as well as some competitors with similar products. Please disregard the logo that is currently on our sample products ("Calcutta" with skull and crossbones). The new logo will actually go above the front pocket zipper, as we will be expanding that pocket outward. The bag itself will be mostly grey with black right now, but we can change anything.
