Brief de Design de Logo

Flawless Financing is about making the process of financing the purchase of your home as seamless and easy as possible- This is a higher-end financing service- We're trying to think of every step of the process, and make it as easy, enjoyable and as thoughtful as possible (for both clients and their Realtors, but we're focusing on the clients with this branding I think).- We want to be remarkable. To be worth remarking about. - We want the whole experience considered and a step-above, from the way you're greeted, the high level of communication, and the ongoing follow-up with clients- We want people to walk away thinking "wow, they really know what they're doing"- For example, whenever I have a meeting with clients, I have water poured and waiting for them. I offer tea or coffee (which I want to tighten up even further). For clients who come into the office around meal-time, I have snacks out and offered to keep them up and engaged, not hangry.- We want it to be a tailored (bespoke?) mortgage solution for them, yet at the same time making sure our clients confidently receive the same level of service and quality each time through the financing process.- We want the clients to know that they have a team working for them (us) as well as working with their realtor and lawyer as a team to make sure everything goes smoothly.Target demographic:- Professionals- organized- Accountants (if I have to get that specific. they're fantastic clients)- 30-55 years old- buying a house for them to live in or building a custom home- middle to upper middle of the price range
