Brief de Design de Brochure

I need a flyer/brochure for a house listing I am putting together. I will put all of the information together for you to include in the flyer. This will only be a front and back flyer. No extra pages and no staples will be seen. This will be printed by a large office copier, not a professional copier on standard paper. Therefore no crazy dark backgrounds with lots of bleeding colors. Pictures that I want need for sure in there are Aerial with outline, Front from left, and one of the ones showing the large yard. I included a couple sample designs that I don't hate. But feel free to get creative. I will need this on a quick turnaround and I will make comments quickly as well, so submit ASAP.
